      LOL! As often as the 4:30 class has to hear, “Wait, wait – before we start lemme run pee!!!” as I bolt to the bathroom after warm-up, I could probably use a few of those diapers!

    Started off Rx, then went to 15 thrusters per round after 2 rounds. DUs were unbroken until last round. Still building strength back in the left shoulder

    4 rounds +14

    4+38 scaled double unders to tuck jumps
    Lower back is pretty sore from yesterday’s wod and was bothering me at the bottom of the thrusters. Still should have had at least another round or 2.

    Tracey, I agree!!! Lululemon diapers for all CF female athletes! We will be rich!!!

    Oh, and Russell and I have not formally thanked Scott and Tracey for hosting a FANTASTIC 4th of July CrossFit Binge BBQ! Thank you both for doing a great job–and your house is amazing!

    On that note, Tracey and Scott liked having us over so much that they volunteered to host the CF Games viewing party at their house (so we don’t have to hang out in an un-airconditioned gym!)

    I’m in!!!! I know, I know… you all were anxiously waiting. I even figured out that “mindbody” fancy stuff. I’m now “in the know” I’m so excited! Russell will be so shocked when he see’s I’m, anctually signed up all month!
    How in the heck am I going to do todays work out and why is everything making my left shoulder hurt? This is all Jimmies fault. Him and those fast Dodge balls!

    5 rounds + 7 Scaled to 15 thrusters at 75#, DU’s as rx’d

    My lower back is still trashed from Sunday’s wod and probably should have scaled the DU’s to 20. Either I have them or I don’t…and today I didn’t have them. Very ‘like I want to break something’ frustrating.

    rest day ..hate to miss anything with DUs since they are one of the few things I can do as rx’d 🙂

    having to move my office at work so moving massive amounts of CRAP will be my WOD for the day….gotta use that functional fitness.

    scaled to 12 knees to elbows per round instead of thrusters and double unders unbroken as rx

    Diane for us today….attempted hspu for the first five, got — maybe — 1/4 or 1/3 of the way down to full depth, & did all the rest pike from the box.

    Sorry to miss the games viewing! y’all have a cold one for me…

    7 rnds: 45# thrusters 2 rnds 20, 5 rnds 10- 15 du’s, 15 tug jumps- Tasha- how do DU’s and jumping feel to you? Not sure about it with the expanding waist line-

      I stopped jumping about 3 weeks ago. It just started feeling weird when I landed, so I stopped. Go figure–situps feel fine, but jumping gives me weird pressure in my lower abdomen! 😉 I’m doing step ups on a box for sub. Dennis also had me do lunges with light overhead dumbell presses as a sub one day! Good luck!!
