Decided to do this at the last minute so stopped after 105. Felt heavy and decided it was best not to go higher in my current condition 🙂

  17. joshg says:

topped out @ 195, don’t really remember the whole progression. Karen, no dice on that nutrition cert. By time Katie and I took a look it said “sold out”. Sucks, maybe they’ll have a cancellation.

  18. Karen says:

75-85-95-105-115-125-135(f)x2 Form was GREAT on 115 but started to break down when weight got heavier and I couldn’t get out of squat powerfully enough. Not strong enough to get a 135 push press (yet). Sorry, Josh & Katie!! Keep an eye out and let me know if you see another one!

  19. Karen says:

WAIT!! Josh and Katie! The one for Nov. *15th* is still available in Atlanta, GA!! (I didn’t check mainsite before logging in here). It is at BTB Crossfit, Buckhead.

  20. Karen says:

Oops! Nevermind. It was sold out, just not listed on the main page. Sorry! Got my hopes up for nothing! Sorry!!!
