5 rounds was the limit for those of us at the 6am class who competed too. The Trigger Point foam roller has been helping the soreness in my legs the last few days. It’s painful but worth it. I knew I should have taken an ice bath Saturday and Sunday night.
5 rounds at a modest pace. Stretching against some weight felt good. Starting to feel normal again – lats and quads were crazy sore Monday and Tuesday.
Nice test of will power Renee! I don’t think I would have passed that test right now.
As rx’d- 19:34. Wow. This was hard. Bet my back will feel groovy tomorrow morning. At least I got some good practice on my deadlift. Whew! Time to crash…
8 rounds in 20 minute cutoff (and I’m pretty sure some of my last DLs were not pretty because I was D-O-N-E.) I was NOT feeling this one and today my lower back is not thanking me for it, either! For me, probably the roughest CF workout to-date.

Completed only 4 rounds as rx’d in 7:30. Can also proudly say I did NOT partake in the 3 dozen Krispy Kreme’s I had to leave early to go pick up!

should be back on friday. My body is sore everywhere. Had alot of fun this past weekend with everyone thanks again for all the support.
I had an hour and a half massage yesterday, and it actually worked wonders….even in my injured neck. Still sore today, but nowhere near like I was.
I’d highly recommend calling Kate, or her other massage therapist friend and get that stuff worked out!!
