Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
35 pound dumbbell Thruster, 9 reps
15 ft Rope Climb, 1 ascent

Chris Spealler 15 rounds + 9 thruster, Dave Leys 13 rounds + 7 thruster,Laurie Galassi 12 rounds + 9 thruster (25lb), Pat Burke 11 rounds + 9 thruster (40lb), Austin Malleolo 10 rounds + 9 thruster (20′ rope), Kevin Montoya 10 rounds + 7 thruster, Karianne Dickson 11 rounds + 8 thruster (25lb).

    From Crossfit Central in Austin: 7 rounds for time of 5 burpees, 10 toes-to-bar, and 15 KB swing 1.5pood. 16:10 for me.

    Good folks, nice to this visitor at least! CF Central runs on 45min classes, so the session was tight in terms of w/u, some instruction, WOD, then structured c/d. Advantage is quicker session time, disadvantage likely on skill day where we would need more time ot build technique (e..g oly lifts)

      Is it just me, or did anyone else have serious sinus issues today after this WOD? I drove home sneezing and now have a runny nose… maybe I was coming down with something anyway… which would explain my sluggishness recently.

    9+9, went ahead and finished the 10th rope climb and then collapsed.

    Just got the call from Fleet Feet that my Inov8 F-lite 230’s finally arrived after a month on order, and of course, I leave this afternoon for two weeks.

    If I don’t see anyone prior to Thanksgiving, hope you all have a wonderful holiday. I’m going to miss the box.

    10 rounds:
    10 burpees
    10 situps

    =11:20

    Heading to Crossfit Smash one last time this afternoon and then hitting Crossfit Sydney on the way home Friday afternoon.

    9rds even, 30lb DB’s and did the lay on your back pull to standing then lower back down rope climb sub.
    then,
    5/3/1 Deadlift
    260(3)-300(3)-335(6)

    It’s much better to do the strength stuff before the WOD, but got there too late. 335×6 only calculates out to a 401 1RM… 15lb below my actual 1RM.

    If anyone is interested the formula to figure a 1RM using a rep max is:
    Weight x Reps x 0.0333 + Weight = Estimate 1RM
