21-15-9 reps for time of:

24″ Box jump
75 pound Power snatch
Chest to bar Pull-up

 

Cool down-

Instructor led group stretch

 

GOHEAVY Workout-

    Trigger point or good deep tissue therapist is a good idea.

    Rx’d 12:03. Kinda odd, palm skin started to slip in the first round and would have torn in the second round had I not gloved up.
    Good turn out for the 1745 yoga class… Katherine’s getting into an excellent yoga groove. If you haven’t already, come give it a try.
