10:23 with 235lb deadlift. Form really broke down and I rested way too much on this one. Should have pushed harder, but was feeling it in the lower back.

Did all the deadlifts unbroken, but I found myself resting towards the end before I could talk myself into starting them. First 7 or so rounds felt good, but the deadlifts were a lot of trouble on the last 3.
I think I am fairly close to doing this one Rx. I was done with 5 rounds in 3 minutes something. I paid the price for the last 5 which took right at a minute a round. Short and sweet.
Did this one as the CF Football site says, which includes a strength WOD prior to the main workout:
8×2 power snatch at a pitifull 135 lbs.
DL, push-up, sprint thing- 7:05 as RX’ed.
Did this at 165 after trying 185 and it felt waaay too heavy. I am having a lot of lower back issues and after tagging the line on my 40m run, I twisted my back and tweaked something. Had to stop due to pain. I was at 4:something, close to 5 minutes, when I bothered to look at the clock.

We won’t be fully outfitted with equipment until Thursday, so Linda was replaced with this CF football workout from a few days back.
on a side note, Costco has some awesome pre-marinated wild salmon fillets. Good for when wild salmon is out of season, and easy to cook.
Did first two rounds at 245, then lowered weight to 225.

235# DL and surprisingly all unbroken clapping push ups. They are normally my weakness. 10:27

I loved this workout very intense .thanks 4 pushing me to finish it guys.
