Sorry DB.
Patrick, I guess my secret family heritage is public knowledge now. My Uncle has actually been training me well to be his replacement. I have succeeded in the looks department as portrayed in the picture, but my Uncle was a powerlifting champ as you can see based on his robust build. Uncle Fester will not let me take over until I can out dead lift Shaggy. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive! Uncle Fester’s Protege Out
hahahahahaha
Bahaha that’s amazing
Jake CF Santa Cruz beat you on your idea for main page booty pic.
Home workout last night:

25 double unders
=6+8
Going crazy not being on a schedule with the kids…
Hope you guys like the changes to the website!
I do! Everything seems to be loading right on my work computer now!
Looks great!
No more snow days for CFHSV Coaches. It makes them act intoxicated….. As indicated by the photo and Tracey’s conduct yesterday.
Does anyone get that we were trying to be “Dennis’ ANGELS”? Penelope, I Love that you are laughing @ us! You need your pretend gun.
Yeah, Jake needs to have his pretend gun too-it really would complete the theme 🙂
I think Jake and Penelope were playing their own little game during the picture taking…
Hahaha Tracey! Next time I will remember to bring it!

3…2..1. GO!
Tye & KLowe.. Plans on lodging?
Is anyone else going? It’s gonna be a blasty blast!
I haven’t tried to figure anything out lodging wise. Might be a good idea to get that figured out I guess. Any suggestions from the folks that went last year?
I’m probably gonna hit one of the marriots or homewood suites near the college and mall. We stayed at some craphole right off the interstate last year.
Just let me know what you choose. I’m fine with anything. I’ll likely be too nervous to sleep well Friday and then too exhausted to care where I’m sleeping Saturday.
The new look is great. Very sharp. The parking lot was an ass-busting waiting to happen last night. Good WOD, though.
4 + 5 – being upside has bad effects on my brain. I realized once I was home that it wasn’t 3, but 4 rounds. The wall climbs killed me and ended up doing bear crawls.
3+8 RX’d at 20 minute cut off. Finished 4th round at 22:48.
That sucked. My shoulders/core were gone after round 2.
In case anyone else is interested, I’v been putting together a HUGE playlist for my ipod so that we all don’t have to listen to the same 20 songs over and over again. Here is the link that someone put on the CrossFit Facebook page a little over a month ago. Has a ton of songs picked by CrossFitters.

Oh wow…..I don’t know if I can handle another awesome Jake playlist!!!! 🙂
Rx’d 4 rds at 20 min cut-off.
The wall climb things are deceptively evil.
3 + 2 (rx’d) at cutoff; 1st time with 24″ box in a WOD since November or so – they were slow, but I did them.
I did a crossfit gymnastics class in SF, mostly drills in the parking lot to work on hollow position, core strength, and coordination. Then there was an overhead 5 x max reps piece and a little tabata burpee/v-up finisher.
Since I’m trying to stick with mainsite and share in your pain, I also did 50 of these wall-climbs (untimed). 20 before class, and the rest after I got home. It was a killer – by the end, I felt like I was bracing for a PR lift just to keep from falling on my head.
