    20:28. OHS unbroken in 1st, 2nd, & 4th rounds. Lost balance on 3rd and was just plain tired in the 5th.

    Had to scale the weight to 45# (20 reps) and still could not keep the body weight on my heels. I think that even if my life depended on it I would not be able to do an OHS with more weight then just the bar. Extremely frustrating!!!

    13:38 @95#=PR. 14:19 Last time. Course was not exactly 400m but close. Probably slightly under. First 2 sets of OHS broken, last 3 sets were unbroken. Wore 5 fingers for this one.

    Just beginning to regain feeling in my left arm – weird!

    I have to take a rest day today since I’m 4-on, but will get back on the HQ schedule tomorrow I guess.
