    It’s getting to where I don’t know any of these new faces on the daily pics. Glad to see we’re still growing!

    Of course, there are probably people that have been coming for years to the 6:00 am class and I’d never know it. That shiznit is too early!!! I’d show up with my pants on inside out and two different shoes with sleep in my eyes. 🙂

    Great lifts from the lunch class.

    Did my heavy squat day today. Plan on following this sort-of conjugate method for a few months.

    – Max squat + 50 pounds of chain 345 (down 20 pounds from last week but didn’t feel so hot going in)
    – 10×2 Box squat at 215 + 50 pounds of chain
    – 2x 20 Good mornings at 225 pounds
    – 2x 15 back ext. with a 25 pound dumbell

    ran out of time for abdominal exercise.
