Good but he didn’t get full extension on that last one. He was still in the jerk position. Also the one right before the guy said “get it up there” he wasn’t fully extended either.
I’d actually say that he didn’t meet full extension on a single rep by any CrossFit games or qualifier standards. It was a bad camera angle, but it appears that his knees did not lock with the weight overhead and his ear rarely, if ever, passed his arm.
But to discredit the amount of power that guy displayed would be silly ( and with metal plates!). Still a monsterous achievement.
Still at the beach. Did 20 reps of handstand pushups and straight pullups, then ran a little over a mile at a good (for me) pace. Some kids (teens) came in to the workout area while I was there doing my hspu’s and pullups. They quickly left. Gee, I know I took a shower this morning…
Also, since there was no pullup bar, I draped my shirt across a doorframe and did pullups on the door. It is kinda like weighted pullups, since your body drags along the door. If you do these just remember to get close to the hinges, so you don’t break the door!

Whatever has been bothering my back is now sending stabbing pains down both legs to the bottom of my feet.

Perhaps their is crappy form, he could nail the form have a really fast time.
I took a Kevin Rest day, did 1 minute or intensity work, 1 minute of active recover for 10 rounds. Exercise of choice was hill runs….
Took a real rest day complete with glass or two of wine in the evening.
I’m looking for some recommendations to expand my crossfiit Workout play list….
