16:16 as rx’d. Runs were more jogs, still trying to pamper the Achilles. Ankle is much better, but this was the first run since injury so just took it easy to make sure all went well. All sets of thrusters unbroken.

Not a great time but its the first workout iv had in a while that felt good. All the thrusters would have been unbroken but the weight flew off in the round of 15. Running form still has a long way to go. Had fun at the guys night last night, good to see everyone outside of the gym for a change.
“Thruster” is a scary word to see on the board after being off for 9 days! My form on them needs improvement, especially on my explode up, my squat depth, and my overall speed.
17:25 as rx’ed- Felt like there was no way to ‘push it’ on the runs, as Jake said this was where we could make up time…..
Runnin’ Fran got the best of me!!
27:21ish, “last place” and I don’t even care cause I finished and finished strong! This was probably my best WOD yet- felt better than ever and pushing through my mental block more and more every time. 🙂 Diggen it, man!
That’s a good question of the day…..What percentage of CF is mental, and what percentage is actual physical ‘ability/agility’??
Alissa, you’re getting stronger every day. Just tackle each WOD like I’ve seen you do in the last couple of weeks, and before you know it, you’ll be signing up for Sectionals next year!! =o)

Pretty rough wod but still probably more fun than the thruster/run combo.

This would be, the Running Fran….not the Running Man……
Looks like not so much fun….
Subbed running w/ rowing (until stitches come out) which sort-of sucks since my arms did so much work… Thrusters as rx’d.
18:10
21:43, 55# thrusters. My form felt awesome tonight. I’m definitely SLOW-ing down ony running, but hey, what’cha gonna do? 😉

22:22 with 65# thrusters.
Bronsonnnn(ater), You’re back!! Your attendance must’ve spurred Dwaynia to come too!!!
Good work today, after being away for 9 days!!

Funny main site comments about the pic for tomorrow……Personally, if she’d just eat a cheeseburger, and lose the earrings, I’d be happy!!
