    Scaled to 85#
    2+41 @ 30:00 cut-off

  2. Matthew says:

    2 + 30 @30 min cut-off
    #95, row

  3. Larry Lowe says:

2+7 at 30:00 cutoff. Crash and burned today. Should have scaled to 75# to keep moving (increase power). Back was toast so I spent a lot of time looking at the bar in the second round.

  4. Justin says:

    29:27 rx’d

  5. Lesha says:

    2 rounds + 19 at 30:00 cut-off.

  6. Ron Wood says:

    2+10 rx’d at 30 min cutoff

  7. Brian says:

    2 + 23 @ 35 min cutoff

And I gave up in the squat test after 2 minutes.

My Mom just sent me this link re: a grant for a Saferoom/Storm shelter

Go check it out and apply if you’ve considered having one built!!

  9. Tracey says:

    yesterday= C&J 130#. Today “Badger” as RX’d 33:44.

  10. Karen says:

40:13 rx’d which is a pr, if that is imaginable! I did this one 2 years ago with power cleans and it took me almost 43 min. So it’s a good improvement, especially doing full squat cleans this time. As always, gotta get out there and work on my running!!

  11. Josh McGuire says:

    30:28 RX’d

  12. Kerri says:

    Scaled-2 rds +30
    Sweatfest!!

  13. Mac says:

    2 + 35 rx’d – just a hard workout all the way around.

Did the Go Heavy behind-the-neck push press. Interesting move, taxed my shoulders and upper back in a unique way, much different feel to it than a rack jerk. All x3: 95,105,115,125,130,135,140, not sure where I would have hit failure with that one. First time I tried it.

  15. Ben Jarrell says:

2 rds at the cutoff. For some reason my hands were killing me, made it difficult to link more than 3 or 4 pullups at a time.
