2+30 Scaled the Squat Clean and walked some of the 800 meteres. Another workout I can hope to improve on.

yesterday= C&J 130#. Today “Badger” as RX’d 33:44.
40:13 rx’d which is a pr, if that is imaginable! I did this one 2 years ago with power cleans and it took me almost 43 min. So it’s a good improvement, especially doing full squat cleans this time. As always, gotta get out there and work on my running!!

Did the Go Heavy behind-the-neck push press. Interesting move, taxed my shoulders and upper back in a unique way, much different feel to it than a rack jerk. All x3: 95,105,115,125,130,135,140, not sure where I would have hit failure with that one. First time I tried it.
