Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
Body weight back squat

Post reps for all three exercises in all rounds.

    pull ups: 38
    BS 115#: 31
    total: 112

    in hindsight, should have done at least 95# on BP. Pullups sucked today. BS was roughly bodyweight (118ish).

    Kerri, did we call this one or what?

    Scaled Bench Press 60 lbs 17, 13, 7
    Ring Rows, 13, 10, 10
    Back Squat 65 lbs 20, 14, 10
    First time doing bench press and have only done back squat once before, a long time ago. Learned correct form today. Didn’t have time to do all 5 rounds.

    Good job Kevin I knew there was a reason you were doing double WODS should have known.

    BP = 58
    PU = 79
    BS = 46
    Total = 183

    Worked with Jakub the beastly fella, we were flying through the workout. So every rest round was while the other person counted. I still feel pretty messed up from this WOD.

    This WOD was horrible. I felt like hurling after round 2, and I fought tI off through round 4. I broke down mentally after that an didn’t finish round 5. Probably could have but I caved.

    As rx’d through 4 rounds
    BP = 28
    PU = 61
    BS = 50

    (1) 60
    (2) 32
    (3) 23
    (4) 24

    Total 139

    I’m going to try and make this WOD up, and finish it sometime soon.

    Scaled: 155 for bench press and 185 (2 rounds)/165 (3 rounds) for squat.

    Back squat was pure crap today. Bench was ok.

    BP-24 reps
    PU-64 reps
    BS-29 reps

    Total = 117

    Shit-stain of a time. Felt rough today. Need to get back on the squat therapy. Depth sucks.

    BS (as rx’d) = 8 – 7 – 5 – 6 – 6 = 32

    Daniel after that WOD I think I am Jandice that is normal exposure for sure. If I wasn’t really that yellow, on the inside I felt like getting sick for sure. I still feel really horrible for sure.
    *** last time I heard the only person to do the real quitting a work out was Bradly Snipes and you are suppose to do it twice before you can train anything else*** which seems like a crazy unwritten right of passage but I could be wrong. Brad are you out there, Russell “memory like an elaphant” what was the workout that Brad did twice it was a while ago 8 months maybe. ***

    Your right Clint. The sickly, cartoonish, yellowish green hue in the picture was the perfect symbolism for this WOD. For others setting a custom white balance should suffice to cut through the horrific glow of our gym’s lights

    Just thinking about doing this Wod 2 more times is turning my stomache.

    Still need squat theropy. Don’t like the pullup bar at work, but it gets the job done. I had the pleasure of having one of my bodybuilding buddies from work join me today. I think he may join the bastard children of the fitness world (aka Crossfitters) soon.

    11:10 Did endurance wkout 10sec. on with 5 sec. off 20 rounds…averaged 50-60yds ea. round.

    4:30 class BP 115# = 27
    PU’S = 29
    BS 115# =18, 125#=23 total bs= 41 (dropped weight to get better form)

    total = 97

    = 88 total

    I have absolutely no idea how much I weigh but I know the ballpark. Almost rx’d on BS.
    That was my first time bench pressing 85 lbs.

    BS-115# 8-8-4; then 95 (for form) 4 more-7-6-37
    Total=110
    Not sure if dropping weight, and getting more reps is the object, or if these weights were ok, and the low reps were too……

    rounds. 10 – 15 – 10, 5 – 12 – 8, 4 – 10 – 8, 2 – 10- 6, 3 – 10 – 8. Totals 24 bench @ 145#, 57 pullups (at 10# less than 2 weeks ago bodyweight!) , 40 front squats @ 135. Didn’t take much rest at all between sets. Had to pick up my daughters…. felt very dizzy for about 30 min.

    Before the workout – Ran 6 miles at lunch. Ready for rest day.

    Clint the workout was row 500m max set of ring pushups 4 rounds. Then run 400m max set off pull ups 4 rounds for time. And yes Russell pissed me off so I quit and yes I had to do it twice came in the next day and knocked it out in like 54 minutes

    Hard to do solo…I’m definitely missin’ the girls in HSV.
