First time doing bench press and have only done back squat once before, a long time ago. Learned correct form today. Didn’t have time to do all 5 rounds.

Worked with Jakub the beastly fella, we were flying through the workout. So every rest round was while the other person counted. I still feel pretty messed up from this WOD.
This WOD was horrible. I felt like hurling after round 2, and I fought tI off through round 4. I broke down mentally after that an didn’t finish round 5. Probably could have but I caved.

*** last time I heard the only person to do the real quitting a work out was Bradly Snipes and you are suppose to do it twice before you can train anything else*** which seems like a crazy unwritten right of passage but I could be wrong. Brad are you out there, Russell “memory like an elaphant” what was the workout that Brad did twice it was a while ago 8 months maybe. ***

Still need squat theropy. Don’t like the pullup bar at work, but it gets the job done. I had the pleasure of having one of my bodybuilding buddies from work join me today. I think he may join the bastard children of the fitness world (aka Crossfitters) soon.

Before the workout – Ran 6 miles at lunch. Ready for rest day.
Clint the workout was row 500m max set of ring pushups 4 rounds. Then run 400m max set off pull ups 4 rounds for time. And yes Russell pissed me off so I quit and yes I had to do it twice came in the next day and knocked it out in like 54 minutes
