    I’m behind this week and my shoulder still hurts. Therefore 5×3 Front Sqats with Kevin Lowe’s weightlifting shoes. 135#,155#,155#,170#(PR on this workout by 15#), 185# 1x – failed on 2nd attempt. The shoes do make a difference and mine should be here tomorrow. Thanks Kev!
