I almost puked in round two. That is the most nausious I have ever felt during a workout.

-best I have ever felt doing Barbara. No nausea. Still suck at SU’s but they were all unbroken
note to self – Next time Barbara is on the WOD, schedule a staff meeting to last all day or just smash my head against the wall. This sucked, as a matter of fact, an hour and a half later – it still sucks! 39:03 and major nausea afterwards. Thanks to Clint for pushing me through 5th set.
44:30. A good six minutes slower than last time. Dehydration don’t play. Severe headache lasted better part of an hour.
25:19 All chest to bar and unanchored situps .
As rx’d, 37:50-12= 25:50 (PR by 5:48)! 1st 2 rounds of pullups unbroken. Pushups took majority of time. But I kept my head up for all pushups so Russell couldn’t fuss at me for that! Decided to take it out on my squat form instead!
I have felt pretty bad for most of the day thanks to this one.
Sorry I forgot to get you that movie Russell….I wasn’t thinking clearly after this one.

Flailing arms sit ups and shallow squats.
Poor diet + poor hydration + poor sleep + poor tolerance for discomfort = 29:00

23:09. PR by over 2min. Felt horrible. Probably the worst crossfit workout ive ever done.
20:30 (32:30-12:00) PR by a fair amount, luckily there were movements I enjoyed. I am so glad there wasn’t box jumps and 1000m row torture involved today.
32:59- 12:00 Total time= 20:59 as rx
30:36. PR by 9:21. Felt a strange surge of energy in last round. By “surge”, I mean the desire to simultaneously hurl and cough up a lung abated. I have no explanation.
Also, accidentally did 50 situps 3rd round. I really DO know how to count. Guess oxygen deprivation does that…
