Still rock forward in the bottom of the squat just a little bit to get momentum to go up. Happy with PR.
Previous PR for a triple was 225.
I give up on morning WODs! Warm up went fine. First lift at 225 and pulled my damn rhomboid…..again.
rowed a 5000m 18:50 (6 secs from PR)….which was nice because I had NO intention of trying to pull a PR. Just messing around with row strategy. I discovered 5 hard fast pulls followed by 3 slower pulls is very effective for me. Actually enjoyed the row this time. Looking forward to next time.

It was time to wrap things up and I was the only one left on the rack… I think that’s why I lost focus on my last set. The 225 round went smoothly enough that I shouldn’t have been dropping 235. Next time.

on my toes the first rep of the last two sets. 205 matches my PR so not too bad of a day.
Everything above 185 was a PR. 215 was my 1RM, so I am pleased with today’s WOD.

did the 50-40-30-20-10 Wall-ball muscle up workout-
felt horrible and legs cramped up at the end. I still haven’t recovered from that back-squat workout.
Hit 225 without much of a problem then realized I was on the ball of my foot. Tried 225 the second time making sure I was on my heels and it fell right over. I’v been having some issues with this and I didn’t want to keep making the same mistake again so I went down and did a good bit more sets at lighter weight.

First workout that has felt good for me in a while. Double unders got better as the workout progressed. I think the last round of knees to elbows took me over 4 minutes. Overhead walk wasn’t bad today and on Saturday when I tried it I felt like it was going to crush me.
