    135-155-165(PR)-175(PR)-155

Still rock forward in the bottom of the squat just a little bit to get momentum to go up. Happy with PR.

  2. Justin says:

    225-235-245-250(PR)-255(1)
Previous PR for a triple was 225.

  3. Todd Mc says:

    205-225-235(pr)-245(2)-245(2)

I give up on morning WODs! Warm up went fine. First lift at 225 and pulled my damn rhomboid…..again.

rowed a 5000m 18:50 (6 secs from PR)….which was nice because I had NO intention of trying to pull a PR. Just messing around with row strategy. I discovered 5 hard fast pulls followed by 3 slower pulls is very effective for me. Actually enjoyed the row this time. Looking forward to next time.

    • Robb Dempsey says:

did you say you enjoyed the row? πŸ™‚

    • Tasha W says:

“Enjoyed the row.” “Looking forward to next time.”

Umm… KLowe, I’ll have some of what you’re having, cause that sounds like pure madness to me! ;-P

ummm yeah…using your words here –“the boy ain’t right” πŸ™‚

a little late posting the content for the day, but the article is really interesting… check it out.

  7. Mandee Miller says:

    125 – 135 – 145 – 155(PR) – 160(PR)

  8. Will Blankenship says:

    185-205-215-225-235*1

It was time to wrap things up and I was the only one left on the rack… I think that’s why I lost focus on my last set. The 225 round went smoothly enough that I shouldn’t have been dropping 235. Next time.

  9. Robb Dempsey says:

    155-185-205-215(F)-185(F)

on my toes the first rep of the last two sets. 205 matches my PR so not too bad of a day.

  10. Robert S. says:

    175-185-195-200-205

Everything above 185 was a PR. 215 was my 1RM, so I am pleased with today’s WOD.

If you haven’t looked at this, check it out.

I want to do this WOD really bad.

  11. Russell says:

did the 50-40-30-20-10 Wall-ball muscle up workout-

    10:17

felt horrible and legs cramped up at the end. I still haven’t recovered from that back-squat workout.

  12. Jake Naumcheff says:

    225-225(0)-185-185-205

Hit 225 without much of a problem then realized I was on the ball of my foot. Tried 225 the second time making sure I was on my heels and it fell right over. I’v been having some issues with this and I didn’t want to keep making the same mistake again so I went down and did a good bit more sets at lighter weight.

    Then:
    Paul as Rx’ed
    24:56

First workout that has felt good for me in a while. Double unders got better as the workout progressed. I think the last round of knees to elbows took me over 4 minutes. Overhead walk wasn’t bad today and on Saturday when I tried it I felt like it was going to crush me.

    • Jake Naumcheff says:

      Mistake it was
      23:56

And big thanks to Austin and Alyssa for sticking around and counting reps for me

  13. Russ says:

    135-135-155(old PR) -155-185(x1)

185 (1rep max) also New PR

Form progressively got worse with more weight (more focus on keeping chest and elbows up).
