Will and Walker!! My boys!!! I simply couldn’t love this picture any more than I do! These young studs are straight up athletes and the future of CrossFit Huntsville! It’s so awesome to watch them throw down every Tuesday and Thursday. They are competitors in every way. They are also the epitome of respectful, kind, dedicated and determined. I could only hope and pray that my boys follow in their footsteps. Their parents are doing it right!

Man this is totally awesome in every way! Will and Walker are athletes through and through and they are two of the hardest working little dudes that you’ll meet. What a great addition they have been to our CrossFit Kids program! Keep after you two! 🙂

Missing everyone. I realize that everyone of you keep me going. Got to find some fight somewhere.
I’ll fight ya buddy. And if you don’t fight back it’s gonna get ugly real quick
Duke don’t quit.
the struggle is real
I’m right there with you! I couldn’t make myself do the wods at home until I realized this isn’t going away as fast as I would like. But, today, I noticed this: I have my own personal fan to keep me cool AND I can take as many water/potty breaks as needed without anyone noticing! Hahahahahha- that’s for Nathaniel! But, I miss my friends and Crossfit HSV community deeply and can’t wait until things are back to normal. Until then, I’ll keep fighting, praying, and staying in touch through video/phone calls and texts!
Amen Kim! Chew that gum and keep movin!
