A. Back Squat 2-2-2-2-2  E2:30MOM

B. Complete the following for time of:

25 ab-mat sit-ups unanchored

25 OHS 75/55 or 45/35

1200m run

50 ab-mat sit-ups unanchored

50 front squats 75/55 or 45/35

800m run

75 ab-mat sit-ups unanchored

75 back squats 75/55 or 45/35

400m run

 

Reminder: We now have Open Gym from 1pm-3pm Monday through FRIDAY! Starting this week, we will start offering Open Gym on Fridays as well. Free to Gold Members, Bronze and Silver Members can attend and pay a drop in fee.

    135# PR!!!
    DNF the WOD. Tough one.

    I’d only pushed myself to 85# prior to this morning! Just goes to show you that having someone give you a little push and lots of encouragement goes a LONG WAY!
