In honor of Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Jeff Taylor, 30, of Little Creek, VA who was killed in Afghanistan last week.

    I remember this day, “Cardio Collapse” by the diabolical D.B.! Damian killed this WOD of running, rowing, deadlifts, and burpee toes to bar. He left us in the dust!!

    Damian! I’ll never keep up with this guy. He never gives less than 110% except at work when he doesn’t come to my meetings :p

      I always give 110% at work. 0.01% I(for the one meeting I did attend of yours) 49.99% Facebook, 50% snacking/eating, and 10% working (planning some travel some awesome place).
