over the bar lateral burpees

HSPU   RX+ parallette HSPU  (55 and over hand release elevated push-ups 2×45# plates)

    The Court…among many things this athlete has as much fight as any athlete I’ve ever seen. This is the only athlete I’m scared to coach for fear she will turn on me with the same tenacity she uses to attack WODs. Fear her CFHSV!

    After HSPU Monday, Chest Press then Shoulder push press my delts where gassed for the HSPU part of this WOD.

    Grateful I have had to out of necessity I have learned to KIP my HSPU.
