    Heck yeah William! William acts like he ain’t gonna go hard but he does and he’s a heck of a CrossFitter. He moves the barbell like a champ, grinds through any WOD, and leaves it all on the floor. He’s been on top of his CrossFit game for years and always brings a fun easy attitude to the gym. Keep it up my dude!
