    Ben Stark getting it done with the t2b. They don’t come much nicer than Ben Stark. He’s down to earth, easy to coach and talk too, and he’s super kind. Ben really knows how to attack WODs in a fashion that benefit him most. He’s a very smart CrossFitter who understands ‘intent’ of a WOD and goes after it. He’s a stand up guy that does things the right way in and out of the gym and there’s no doubt that CFHSV is a better place with him and his family. Keep sticking to the script dude!

    Ben looking good, repping out T2B with ease. Ben is a seasoned CrossFitter who also happens to be a great guy. He’s steady and mindful in both his disposition and his training, and he’s been making gains for years on end. Ben is quiet and considerate, and always friendly and pleasant. He’s a dedicated athlete who does a great job balancing training smart and training hard. Stay after it, Ben! 😁

    Ben! This guy was rocking and rolling on the rig and knocking out those toes to bar like it was second nature! He is an experienced CrossFitter and knows exactly how to attack each WOD. He is always kind and coachable. So glad he’s back in the gym on a regular basis! Also, I’m beyond excited to be able to coach his little one down at CF Kids! Ozzie is an awesome little athlete and I feel confident it’s because of the great example that’s being shown to him!
