    Jim runnin in the rain is no surprise. Jim often bikes many miles to CFHSV to WOD and then bikes back home. Jim is one of a kind. He fell in love with CrossFit early on and his love has only grown. He’s like clockwork when it comes to the days and times he shows up. He’s built himself back in a major way and he’s stronger than ever. Jim also holds a special place with myself and others because of the type of person he is and the way he treats others. Jim is a true gem at CFHSV and I feel as though I’m a better person for knowing him. Keep the faith and keep CrossFitting my friend.

    Jim ain’t afraid of a little rain! This man is as consistent as you can get when it comes to training. He’s a stud of an athlete and a pillar of our CFHSV community. Jim never fails to have encouraging words to share, and he treats everyone with kindness. And he’s one bad to the bone CrossFitter who is stronger and fitter than ever! You rock Jim, keep it up! 😄

    Update on Jada:

    Jada is doing well and making good progress with his recovery. He is finding it difficult to stay inactive, and is counting down the days until he can start becoming active again. The doctors did say his recovery has been accelerated due to his level of fitness and healthy lifestyle.

    I know he misses everyone at CFHSV, and of course we hope to have him back in a few months. Maybe we can all pitch in on his only request – someone has to be the one to give Nate some grief in his absence.
