A. Cluster 1.2.3 = 1 snatch to 2 snatch balance t0 3 OHS: 4 sets E3MOM
B. With a 30 minute continuously running clock complete the following:
On every even minute, complete 2 power snatches 135/95
On every odd minute, complete 2 muscle ups, or 2 CTB pull ups and 2 ring push ups, or 2 pull ups and 2 KB/DB push ups

75,95,115,135 on the cluster
Scaled the weight to 115 on the 30 min WOD. I am working on keeping my feet under my shoulders on anything invovling squats. I’m trying to correct shooting my feet as wide as possible to make up for me not having proper squat kinematics. Muscle ups were fun. Haven’t done those in a while.
Practice makes permanent… Perfect practice makes perfect.
Well done and said Larry. Patrick the Starfish stance and Charlie Chaplin foot stance is a top priority the CFHSV coaches have been working on with all CFHSV Athletes and will result in a kneecap or lateral ankle malleolus breaks in the BBOLC.
