  10. Sam W says:

You can learn a lot about a man by his bar path.. Actually, not really. But josh has a great one anyway! But you can tell a lot about a man that is always working hard and encouraging others to do the same. Way to go Josh!

  11. Nathaniel says:

Rader came to CFHSV hungry and humble and nothing’s changed…except his 1RMs 🙂 Keep it up stud

  12. Mandee says:

Way to go Josh! All your hard work is paying off! 🙂

  13. Josh Kennedy says:

A: 61 reps , 63 reps. Got to watch Andrew Hand do 228 reps, I got tired watching him
    B: 135-145-155-165 (3 reps)-185 (2 reps)-195 (2RM PR)
C: 185 reps, calf cramped up and DUs failed me in there

  14. Andrew says:

Josh has been working hard and it shows! Keep it up man!
    A. 228 DU
    B. 165(2)-135(7)-135(5)-135(5)-135(5) nursing a hurt forearm.

Loving the pic and the two people in it. Love the full hip and abdominal extension.

100 Doubles = :55sec Unbroken and crazy hard for me. I thought I was going to pull a hamstring literally going so hard. Not sure the time is good across the board, but man it was for me.

OHS = 10@75 – 7@95 – 5@115 – 2@135 – 1@155 Power snatched all of them up. I actually think the shoulder may be getting better. Still early too tell.

    WOD = Reps = 270 RX+ Loads = 75 – 95 – 115 – 135 – 155
So happy it was pain free (see how it feels tomorrow), but I finished the last set of Doubles with 3sec remaining and did not have time to get 1 snatch at 155.
Nonetheless, I hit 1@155 after the bell just to prove to myself I still could.

    • Dani says:

Awesome CoachDB!! I know how joyful it is to finally have a pain free work out after a long recovery. Keep working hard and smart and posting your updates! I love it.
