100 Doubles = :55sec Unbroken and crazy hard for me. I thought I was going to pull a hamstring literally going so hard. Not sure the time is good across the board, but man it was for me.
OHS = 10@75 – 7@95 – 5@115 – 2@135 – 1@155 Power snatched all of them up. I actually think the shoulder may be getting better. Still early too tell.
WOD = Reps = 270 RX+ Loads = 75 – 95 – 115 – 135 – 155
So happy it was pain free (see how it feels tomorrow), but I finished the last set of Doubles with 3sec remaining and did not have time to get 1 snatch at 155.
Nonetheless, I hit 1@155 after the bell just to prove to myself I still could.
