    Tim has been a great addition to the box, years of serious CF and athletic expertise.
    A: working on the shoulder, went 6-5-5-5-5 at 185-195-195-195-200 with full pause at the bottom of each rep
    B: 2+row+5 wall-walks. Scaled to 115# on the barbell
    Gonna need an industrial-strength dehumidifier in the gym, EVERYTHING was wet at 0500 class
