    Heck yeah! Another picture perfect kettlebell swing by another awesome CFHSV lady! Marcia has been consistent and motivated since joining and has made some big gains in a short time. She’s always pleasant and friendly, and she’s picked up quickly on all the new movements of CrossFit. She works incredibly hard and knows how to push her limits. So glad to have you at CFHSV, Marcia! Keep it up! ☺️

    Lookin strong with great form and standard Marcia! And I like that CFHSV shirt your representing with too. Marcia has proven to be bad to the bone in a short amount of time. She’s got drive and discipline to go along with being coachable and smart. Marcia has been a total treat since joining. Glad you found us 😊

    Dang, looks like Marcia and Laurie should put on a clinic on how to swing those kettlebells! Not only have I been lucky enough to watch this lady grow as a CrossFitter, but I also get the opportunity to watch her girls do the same thing down at CrossFit Kids! Love the example she’s setting for her girls and excited to watch the whole family find a passion for health and fitness! So glad they have all made CFHSV their home!
