7 over the bar lateral burpees

15 snatches 95/65   RX+ 115/80  (55 and over 75/55)

400m run

12 toes to bar

    17:10 rx’ed. It was a bit chilly on that 800m run, think it should be Rx+ if you go shirtless on the runs during sub-freezing mornings
