    Heck yeah Don! My man Don is a CFHSV legend for sure. Don has been with us for years and has always worked hard, treated everyone with respect, and represented CrossFit and CFHSV to the fullest. Don has learned to be smart in his training over the years but he’s always good for trying something new and training his weaknesses. Don has been great to CFHSV and for CFHSV. Glad we got ya buddy and keep it up!

    Don is one of the nicest, most down to earth people I know, and we’ve been lucky enough to have him at CFHSV for just about as long as I can remember. He’s a tough athlete who has worked incredibly hard through the years, even through setbacks and adversity. He looks out for his fellow athletes in every way, and never fails to share words of encouragement and motivation to anyone whose path he crosses. Stay the course, Don and keep after it! 😃
