A. Every even minute for 20 minutes:

2 squat clean & jerks

Males choose from: 225, 205, 185, 155, 135, 95

Females choose from: 155, 135, 95, 75, 55, 45

Every odd minute for 20 minutes:

5 HSPU or 5 elevated push-ups (feet on a 20/18/12″ box)

B. 8 minute AMRAP of:

8 deadlifts 95/65 or 115/80 or 135/95 or 155/105

8 air squat box jumps 24″/20″

8 power clean 95/65 or 115/80 or 135/95 or 155/105

8 air squat box jumps 24″/20″

8 shoulder to overhead 95/65 or 115/80 or 135/95 or 155/105

40 double unders

*Score = total rounds plus reps and load used
