I got through 5 rounds, then all 180 singles, so my score was 5+6…
However, thanks to months of amazing coaching, hard work, and perseverance, I was finally able to do RX Toes to Bar. For rounds 1, 2, 3, and 4, I was getting my knees to my elbows, and finally during round 4, T2B #1, I just went for it. and Lo! I did it! and again and again and again…. thank you CFHSV!!!
These were (and may still be) worse than burpees for me. I loathed them, and struggled just hanging from the bar and getting my knees up to my belly button. There is some truth to the fact that sometimes you just need to trust the training and push… remember friends and fellow athletes, if I can do this stuff, ANYONE can!!!!
