    Cool shot of one cool gal. Kristen is a total treat to have in class. She knows how to push herself and how to have fun. She’s got a great balance. She’s got a contagious smile and sense of humor. She can take a WOD serious without taking herself too serious. Kristen is the real deal as a person and CrossFitter and CFHSV is lucky to have her.     This is such an awesome picture! Kristen looking focused and determined, hanging on and getting work done. This girl has a sweet, sincere way about her. She’s easy going, always friendly and usually flashing that infectious smile. She’s worked incredibly hard and the gains she’s made are undeniable. Keep it up, stud! ?

    Kristen! It has been so much fun to watch this girl change from a nervous spectator in the bleachers to a confident CrossFit athlete! She has steadily gained strength, skills and confidence. She always brings a smile and great attitude to every WOD. She asks for feedback and is always working a weakness and it shows! She’s made huge gains in a short period of time and I can’t wait to continue to watch her grow as a CrossFitter!
