    Did this last year first time, Fabulous 40. Apparently I was delirious and didn’t record my time. 🙁

    1. Reduced to 25 knees to elbow – or I would STILL be there finishing those things, jeez
    2. Scaled WBS to 9′

    The only other time I’ve done this workout Rx was on 08/29/2014 – 36:54. I feel like this is a testament to the awesome programming at CFHSV that produces measurable speed and strength gains.

    4:22 PR from last time with same scale.

    33:21. Eventually became Filthy Thirties once I got to WBS. Scaled to 100 Singles. Tough return after a week of missing class.
