He honed his skills in our CrossFit Kids program, and now he’s showing out daily amongst the big dogs. He’s respectful and coachable, and has no problem pushing himself every day. Excited to see this kid’s journey and proud to have him as a CFHSV athlete! 😃
Oh man… there he goes doing one of his favorite things to do! Braden is the newest graduate of the CrossFit Kids program and I couldn’t be more proud of him! I’ve watched him grow and gain skills over the last two years and finally convinced him that he is ready to show the adults how it’s done! This guy is a natural athlete and finds time to squeeze in CrossFit between all of his other sports. It’s not often that you find a kid his age that is as dedicated to CF as he is and I’m sure this shows in his athletic performance throughout all sports he plays. He is kind, respectful and coachable. His form and technique are spot on and he’s constantly looking to improve and gain new skills. I think this young man has a promising future ahead of him and I can’t wait to watch him throw down in his first open this year! I’m proud of you, Braden!
