B. “Mork and Mindy”

Complete 3 rounds of the following for time of:

10 ground to overhead 135/95  RX+ 165/115  (55 and over 105/70)

2 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats

 

REMINDER: We will be holding a Nutrition Class tonight at 630pm. This class is FREE to all CFHSV Athletes!
