    Clair floating out there on that wintery mix, still moving fast and not missing a beat. This lady is CrossFit through and through. She is dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and her years of commitment and consistency are evident in her level of fitness and the gains she continues to make. She brightens our CFHSV mornings and is always friendly, encouraging and supportive to everyone around her. Keep doing your thing, Clair! ?

    Clair moving like a snow buddy out there! Love to see CFHSV not flinch in the elements and Clair is showing us how it’s done. Clair has been a part of CFHSV for a long time and helped a lot of us move better through her yoga class. She makes 7am what it is and she’s a pro in and out of the gym. Cool pic of one cool lady ☺️
