    Wendy P makes 9:15 a fun class. She’s always laughing, joking, sometimes serious (like in this pic), and she’s always good for getting us 2 or 3 more minutes than what is given before that WOD clock starts.

    Wendy P is the epitome of using your health and fitness to the fullest! This woman does it all and knows how to enjoy herself regardless of what she’s doing. She’s a CrossFitter, Iron Man competitor, avid runner, water sports guru, and a full time cheerleader and supporter to her two active, competitive boys. She’s fun, funny, friendly and thoughtful. A staple of the 915 and someone I’m always happy to hear coming through the door! 😉
