WOD:

A. 5 sets Power Clean Jerk Cluster 1.1.1: 1 power clean to 1 hang squat clean to 1 jerk (split or power) E2:30MOM

B. 3 rounds of a 4 minute AMRAP of:

5 hang clean 165/115    RX+205/140   (55 and over 125/75)

4 jerks 165/115   RX+ 2-5/140   (55 and over 125/75)

3 double push-up burpee double pull-ups   RX+ muscle ups

rest 2 minutes between rounds

*start each round where you stopped on the last round–score is total rounds and reps*
