B. 3 rounds of a 4 minute AMRAP of:
5 hang clean 165/115 RX+205/140 (55 and over 125/75)
4 jerks 165/115 RX+ 2-5/140 (55 and over 125/75)
3 double push-up burpee double pull-ups RX+ muscle ups
rest 2 minutes between rounds
