3 wall walks

10 deadlifts 185/125

10 barbell push-ups

30 double unders


CFHSV Running & Endurance ROWING WOD:

A. 4 x 2 minutes / 1 minute easy

B. 6000m with rate change every 2000m, 24-26-28

meet at CFHSV at 6pm

    3 years and one month ago I started at Crossfit Huntsville and remember bench pressing for the first time IN MY LIFE. I couldn’t even get up the bar! I remember where I was in the gym, the faces of a bunch of people starting at me and an embarrassing feeling overwhelming me. No one discouraged me, but it was something inner that I had to defeat. I went home and cried and thought “crap, I spent money on this place, I have to keep going.” Glad I stuck it out. Today I bench pressed 85#. Large leap for not being able to get up 35#. New athletes…stick with it. Results will come…and maybe a marriage like me if you are lucky..haha. Thanks for all you do coaches and peers. You are the reason why I keep coming back.
