Max reps bench press 125% BW / 100% BW

Max reps bench press 100% BW / 85% BW

Max reps bench press 85% BW / 65% BW

Max reps bench press 65% BW / 50% BW

B. For Time:

1 power clean  (80-85% 1RM)

1 hang power clean

25/20 barbell push-ups  (MRX regular push-ups)

60 double unders

60 ab-mat anchored sit-ups

2 power clean  (80-85% 1RM)

2 hang power clean

20/15 barbell push-ups  (MRX regular push-ups)

45 double unders

45 ab-mat anchored sit-ups

3 power clean  (80-85% 1RM)

3 hang power clean

15/10 barbell push-ups  (MRX regular push-ups)

30 double unders

30 ab-mat anchored sit-ups
