    Doesn’t get any better. Mother Sue and daughter Sydney in conversation at CrossFit. One of the best parts of CrossFit is the time the family spends together at the gym. Sydney is an absolute stud and it’s no surprise the apple didn’t fall far from the tree. Sue, Dave, and Syd are the total package and really add to CFHSV. Love seeing, talking, joking, CrossFitting, and coaching with this family. Y’all keep it commin!

    Oh man, I absolutely love this picture. Sue and Sydney are two of the baddest ladies in the gym, both with natural athleticism, drive and focus. I will always love how CrossFit bridges the gaps between friends and brings families together, and this mother-daughter duo is a perfect representation of exactly that. Love all the Kalanges, but I gotta say, these two are the cutest by far 🙂

    Those two are aboslutely the best. They both make me better. I am so proud and blessed to have them in my life.

    Look at those studs! Can’t think of a mother/daughter team tougher than these two! I’ll never forget Sydney walking into CrossFit Kids for the first time… I instantly knew we had a diamond in the rough! It’s been amazing to watch this young stud grow as a bad to the bone CrossFitter. She’s the real deal and so is her mom! Sue is a straight shooter that gives her all in every single wod! She has been killing WODs lately and throwing out those rx scores! She also isn’t scared to call Sid out if she’s thinks she’s not going hard enough! Two awesome athletes with the bond of a lifetime. Love to see Sue (and Dave) walking the walk for Sid to follow!
