    Incredible endurance WOD tonight!

    1x400m hill run
    5x 125 yard (steep) hill sprint (ish) with 5 burpees at top of hill

      I am not sure if you knew, but I was scheduled for bariatric surgery in October. I just got off the phone with them, canceling the surgery, as I am no longer eligible!!!! Thanks CrossFit Huntsville! I have a looooooong way to go, but I have faith in us!
