WOD:
A. Back Squat 3-2-2-1-1-1 reps E3MOM
B. E5MOM for 4 rounds:
sprint 200m for time
then run 400m
rest the remainder of each 5 minute period after the 200m sprint and the 400m run are complete
score = 4 x 200m sprint times
Great job by my CFHSV-e crew tonight! Everyone showed a lot of grit and really worked as a team to get through it! Awesome work and proud to coach each and everyone of you!
