rest 2 minutes

2 minute AMRAP of:

7 hang power clean 75/55  RX+ 95/65

7 shoulder to overhead 75/55  RX+ 95/65

rest minutes and repeat above 2 sequences 1 more time

Score = total reps for the four 2 minute Sprint AMRAPs

      Josh, we both did the math wrong this morning! We multiplied the total rounds by 7 instead of 14. So you actually got a whole lot more!! 🙂

        And we were talking about RX++ would be where the athlete had to keep track of reps in their head!
        Score should be 175 reps, Rx+ (I think, never do math before 6am)
