    6/59 DUs. Love that the DUs keep coming up in the WODs. Getting better at them. 🙂

      I need your attitude. For my DUs I either look like a dolphin or just don’t have them at all but need to keep trying and quit freaking out about it. I always set my limits too low and get frustrated. Thanks for posting even when you struggle. It helps. 🙂

    Ugh! Got called back to childcare because the youngest seemed feverish. She wasn’t, but can’t blame them she did cry the whole time. Made it through the weightlifting, going to do the rest here.

    Tried Cocoon last night. It works. It really works!! Now how do I make it taste better?

    C: 169 DU, 5+1 using strict PU. Heat was rough, no lie. But didn’t stop Mr. Hand from racking up 10rounds, dude was killing it!
