Love this picture of Jada repping out double unders! First of all, he looks like a stud and has got to be one of the fittest and healthiest 65 year old men anyone of us knows. Secondly, it’s awesome because this is one of many movements Jada committed to mastering and through extra time, effort and hard work, he did it! This man is an athlete, a competitor, and a true gentleman all wrapped up into one. Can’t say enough good things about Jada. He’s a true ambassador of CFHSV and it wouldn’t be the same without him. Jada skippin that rope like a kid at recess. He’s worked hard on his double unders and is always improving them. That’s what Jada does with everything in and out of the gym. He works hard with integrity and he’s always making improvements and gains. He handles his business the right way. Jada is also an exceptional person who cares about others and often helps those around him. He’s been at CFHSV for years and always adds humor and intensity to the 7am. Jada knows how to grind and he cleans up pretty well too. You rock buddy!

First of all. Jada is hands down the slickest. Smoothest. Man in this gym. This man has got the nicest suites of anybody I know. Jada is really about as good as it gets. He is such a nice person. When Jada and I go to tuscaloosa to watch the crimson tide play. We get up on Saturday morning and do COE. Jada loves COE.
