B. 5 rounds for time of:
7 deadlifts 275/185 RX+ 365/240 (55 and over 205/125)
11 box jumps 24″/20″ RX+ 32″/28″ (55 and over 20″ step ups)
7 HSPU RX+ deficit 4″ strict HSPU (55 and over 4″ rise HSPU or hand release push-ups)
