A. In 15 minutes, build up and achieve a 1RM Deadlift (hands must stay on the bar up and down)

B. 5 rounds for time of:

7 deadlifts 275/185   RX+ 365/240  (55 and over 205/125)

11 box jumps 24″/20″  RX+ 32″/28″  (55 and over 20″ step ups)

7 HSPU   RX+ deficit 4″ strict HSPU  (55 and over 4″ rise HSPU or hand release push-ups)

    Props to Mason Dixon prepared paleo meals. Make sure when you order to specify serving size. Male serving is a perfect for me with some for lunch the next day.

  30. My programmer is trying to convince me to move
    to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses.
    But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using WordPress on a number of websites
    for about a year and am worried about switching to another platform.
    I have heard good things about blogengine.net. Is
    there a way I can transfer all my wordpress posts into it?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
