    so does anyone else from the endurance WOD yesterday have insomnia after working out so late at night? I could not get to sleep last night. I made the best of it with a soak in the tub and renting “Silver Linings Playbook” but still, there was no way I was WODing this morning. Any tips on how to unwind after such an intense workout? I enjoyed it thoroughly, but I’m not so fun to be around today after a sleepless night.

    I know what David is hinting at…Progenex Cocoon. It’s a great sleep aid and helps with the recovery process. Good idea David!

      Oh Yea the Cocoon Rocks and will put you down like a big turkey dinner (tryptophan) while casein protein repairs the muscles. David you are a genius.
