HAHA Slade and I were just commenting that the GHD’s were collecting dust.
so does anyone else from the endurance WOD yesterday have insomnia after working out so late at night? I could not get to sleep last night. I made the best of it with a soak in the tub and renting “Silver Linings Playbook” but still, there was no way I was WODing this morning. Any tips on how to unwind after such an intense workout? I enjoyed it thoroughly, but I’m not so fun to be around today after a sleepless night.
I have an idea 😉
