    Kara! This young lady has been a total treat since joining. She’s polite and kind but she’s also sneaky funny and we’re always glad to see her in class. She’s been committed since day one. She’s a rock star outside the gym too so it’s no surprise to see her excel with us at CFHSV. Keep bringing it Kara 😊
