even minute = 1 power snatch to 1 hang power snatch to 1 overhead squat
B. 4 rounds for time of:
400m run
1 power snatch 95/65 RX+135/95 (55 and over 75/55)
2 hang power snatch 95/65 RX+135/95 (55 and over 75/55)
6 overhead squats
9 chest to bar pull-ups RX+ bar muscle-ups (55 and over pull-ups)
rest 2 minutes, then:
“Finisher”
30 burpees for time
